Whilst we hope that you will find rent:cheltenham flexible enough to tailor our products and services to suit your exact personal requirements, we do offer both a Fully Managed Service and a Tenant Find Service.
The Fully Managed Service will particularly appeal to Landlords who do not wish to be involved in the general day-to-day running of the Tenancy. It is important to clarify that whilst we have a 'duty of care' to the Tenant, it is the Landlord who is our client. We aim to represent your interests at all times. You will be fully informed of any problems, concerns or queries.
rent:cheltenham will manage all aspects of the Tenancy with the utmost care. Our professionalism, experience and legal knowledge will give you a distinct advantage in the competitive local lettings marketplace.
There are constant changes in legislation and legal issues relating to let property. rent:cheltenham monitor these changes to ensure your interests are fully protected.
Our Fully Managed Service costs 10% plus VAT of the gross rent collected. There is a set-up charge of £125 plus VAT in addition to the inventory cost.
The Tenant Find Service will appeal to Landlords who want to have a more day-to-day involvement in Tenancy. Usually, they wish to be take a more 'hands on' approach.
Our Tenant Find Service costs 50% plus VAT of one month's rent.
We would be delighted to put a copy of our Landlord Information Pack in the post to you, which contains useful information on all aspects of Letting Property (taxation; referencing; the Tenancy Agreement; inspections; insurance; mortgage and leasehold consent; fast computerised accounting; etc, etc).
