Our Fully Managed Service costs 10% plus VAT of the gross rent collected.
There is a set-up charge of £125 plus VAT in addition to the inventory cost.

The Tenant Find Service will appeal to Landlords who want to have a more day-to-day involvement in Tenancy. Usually, they wish to be take a more 'hands on' approach.

Our Tenant Find Service costs 50% plus VAT of one month's rent.
